2020 BRIAN FARLEY MEMORIAL – POSTPONED

The Event has been postponed to a future date to be decided due to the current COVID-19 situation in respect to all Competitors/Officials/Spectators and all the Karting Australia Community and especially to what the event is based on and that is to the rememberance of Brian Farley.
Refunds to all Competitors who have already entered will be  credited to their
used Credit Cards.

It will be the Karting Australia (NSW) “State Cup” event for 2020.
All “Class Winners” with six genuine entries will receive the much sought after “Black Plate”.

The Feature Class has changed and is now TaG 125 (Championship Weight).
PRD Fireball, Parilla Leopard & SQ Cheetah – 165kg,
Iame X30 & PRD Galaxy – 170kg & Rotax Max 125 – 172kg.
Once again there is $3500.00 prize money on offer for this class which is dedicated to the remembrance of Brian Farley.
$2000 – 1st Place, $1000 – 2nd Place, $500 3rd Place as well as Trophies.

Racing Format: PSG Format 9
No Practice
Qualifying – 6 minutes per Class/Division
TaG 125 (Feature Class) – Pole Shuffle to decide 1st ten grids positions for Heats 1 & 2.
Heats 1 & 2 – Grids from Qualifying and Pole Shuffle for TaG 125.
Heat 3 – Grids from points from Heats 1 & 2 – lowest to the front.
Heat 4 – Grids from points from Heats 1, 2 & 3 – lowest to the front.
Final – Grids from points from Heats 1, 2, 3 & 4 – lowest to the front.

Cadet 9 – Bridgestone YDS
Cadet 12 – Bridgestone YDS
KA4 Junior Light & Heavy – Bridgestone YDS
KA3 Junior – Dunlop DFM
KA3 Senior Light & Medium – Dunlop DFM
TaG 125 Restricted Light, Medium & Heavy – Dunlop DFM
TaG 125 Restricted Masters Light & Medium – Dunlop DFM
TaG 125  & TaG 125 Heavy – MG Red
X30 Light – MG Yellow

Qualifying/Race Time/Distance:
Qualifying – 6 Minutes
Pole Shuffle – TaG 125 (Feature Class) Only – Top Ten Qualifiers Only – Several x 2 Laps

Heats 1 & 2 – 10 Laps
Heat 3 – 12 Laps
Heat 4 – 14 Laps
Final – 18 Laps

Control Fuel:
Fuel must be purchased from the Shell Service Station – Cnr Great Western Highway & Brabham Drive, Eastern Creek. NSW. Proof of purchase receipts must be obtained and produced as and when required by Officials.

Trophies and Prizes:
The winner of each Class will be the contestant that finishes first in the Final.
(Final Only Counts)
Trophies to 1st, 2nd and 3rd placed competitors.
The sought after “Black Plate” will also be provided to all Class Winners in a Class of six or more contestants.
