ALL NSW KARTERS ELIGIBLE TO COMPETE FOR NSW KART CHAMPIONSHIP HONOURS

10 Sep 2020

Karting Australia (NSW) and the Sapphire Coast Kart Club is inviting all NSW kart racers to race at the upcoming NSW Kart Championship and has made arrangements to ensure the best kart racers from NSW will be crowned Champion at the 2020 NSW Kart Championship to be hosted by the Sapphire Coast Kart Club on September 25-27.

The arrangement will see the Organising Committee of the Event able to accept legitimate entries from A, B and C Grade Drivers who may wish to compete at the event using an 8-Day Karting Australia Licence even if they have most recently been racing under another licence.

Drivers who have held a Karting Australia A, B or C Grade Licence, within the previous three (3) years, or who are approved by Karting Australia to hold an A, B or C Grade Licence based on their previous racing experience will be eligible to enter after purchasing an 8-Day Licence on the Karting Australia Licencing System

“We’re focused on putting on the best event possible for the sport of karting in NSW and this includes providing the opportunity for the best drivers from across the State to compete at the event. We have worked with Karting Australia to expand the 8-Day licence eligibility rules to allow this to happen,” said Karting Australia (NSW) President Robert Motbey.

Entries for the event are now open through the Karting Australia Competition Management System with the Supplementary Regulations available here 2020 NSW Kart Championship Supplementary Regulations
