Coffs Harbour KRC presents the “FIVE Track Challenge / Club Championship Round 3”
On Saturday/Sunday 5th & 6th August, 2023.

Pre-Entries are Open.
Entry Fee for the meeting is $125.00 per driver per class.
Entry Fee for two classes (Same Driver) is $200.00 if both classes entered at the same time.
Entries Close 12.00pm Friday 4th August. No Entries on the day.

Format for the Meeting is:

Friday 4th August, 2023
Gates Open at 8.00am
Private Practice available 9.00am till 4.00pm.
Friday Practice must be booked and paid for through the CHKRC Website.

Saturday 5th August, 2023
Gates Open 7.00am
Canteen Open 7.00am
Scrutineering if Required – 7.00am to 8.00am
Drivers Briefing 7.45am
Practice Starts 8.00am
Practice – Track A and then Track E Only
Qualifying – Track B then Track D then Track C Only
Racing Starts – After Qualifying completed on Track C

Sunday 6th August, 2023
Gates Open at 7.00am
Canteen Opens at 7.00am
Racing Resumes at 8.30am|
Presentations – 30 minutes after Racing Complete.

Race Format:
Direction – Clockwise

All Classes Format & System of Gridding:
Practice Track A – 6 minutes (no Grid Order)
Practice Track E – 6 minutes (no Grid Order)
Qualifying Track B – 6 minutes (no Grid Order)
Qualifying Track D – 6 minutes (no Grid Order)
Qualifying Track C – 6 minutes (no Grid Order)
Heat 1 – 10 Laps – Track B – Grid Positions from Track B Qualifying (Fastest to the Front)
Heat 2 – 14 Laps – Track D – Grid Positions from Track D Qualifying (Fastest to the Front)
Heat 3 – 14 Laps – Track C – Grid Positions from Track C Qualifying (Fastest to the Front)
Heat 4 – 13 Laps – Track E – Grid from Heat 1,2 & 3 points – Lowest to the front.
Final – 15 Laps – Track A – Grid from Heat 1,2,3 & 4 points – Lowest to the front.

In the event of a tie in Points the higher place will be awarded to the Competitor
who finishes higher in the last Competition Event.
(Championship Points System will be used – DSQ points = Field plus one).

Trophies:
Trophies will be awarded to the first three placegetters in each class.
The winner of the Event will be the Driver with the lowest amount of Points from
all Heats and the Final – “ALL Points Count”.
There will be Cash Prizes for Classes with 8 or more Entries.
1st – $100.00,  2nd – $50.00,  3rd – $25.00

KA3 Junior Light & Heavy, 4SS, KA2
KA3 Senior Light & Medium
4SS Senior Light, Medium & Heavy
4SS Supermaxx Medium & Heavy
TaG 125 Restricted Light, Medium, Heavy
TaG 125 Light & Heavy and Open Performance.

A reminder that Drivers are no longer required to complete their Scrutineering Forms
Separately as they are now done through the KOMP Entry System.
