Lismore Kart Club presents the “Lismore Young Guns Titles 2023”

On Saturday/Sunday 22nd & 23rd July, 2023.

Pre-Entries are Open.
Entry Fee for the meeting is $165.00 per driver per class for Junior Classes.
Entry Fee for Senior Support 4SS Classes is $120.00

Entries Close 11.59pm Thursday 20th July. No Entries on the day.

Only Drivers who Pre-Enter by 10/7/2023 will ensure your name will be listed in the program and an Event Shirt provided.

to enable the Club to Order your shirt (Note that the Complimentary Shirt is for Cadet & Junior Classes only)

Format for the Meeting is:

Friday 21st July, 2023
Gates Open 8.00am
Private Practice Available from 9.00 to 5.00pm. Free for Entrants.

Saturday 22nd July, 2023
Gates Open at 6.30am
Canteen Opens at 7.30am
Drivers Briefing at 8.10am
There will be one 2 minute Practice Session following the Drivers Briefing on Saturday.
Qualifying – One six minute session.
Racing – At completion of Qualifying

Sunday 23rd July, 2023
Gates Open at 6.30am
Canteen Opens at 7.30am
Racing Resumes at 8.30am
Race Format:
Direction – Clockwise
Scrutineering if Required Saturday – 7.30am to 8.30am
Permitted System of Gridding – Format 5

Cadet 12 & Junior Classes:
Qualifying – 6 minutes per group – Grid from Practice – Fastest to the Front
Heats 1 & 2 – 12 Laps – Grid from Qualifying – Fastest to the Front.
Heat 3 – 12 Laps – Grid from Heat 1 & 2 points – Lowest to the Front.
Heat 4 – 15 Laps – Grid from Heat 1, 2 & 3 points – Lowest to the Front
Final – 18 Laps – Grid from Heat 1, 2, 3 & 4 points – Lowest to the front.

Cadet 9 & Senior Support Classes:
Qualifying – 6 minutes per group – Grid from Practice – Fastest to the Front
Heats 1 & 2 – 10 Laps – Grid from Qualifying – Fastest to the Front.
Heat 3 – 10 Laps – Grid from Heat 1 & 2 points – Lowest to the Front.
Heat 4 – 12 Laps – Grid from Heat 1, 2 & 3 points – Lowest to the Front
Final – 15 Laps – Grid from Heat 1, 2, 3 & 4 points – Lowest to the Front

Trophies:
Trophies will be awarded to the first three placegetters in each class with five or more entries.
Trophies will be awarded to the first placegetter in each class with four or less entries.
The winner of the Event will be the Driver who finishes first in the “Final” – “Final Only Counts”.
(Championship Points System will be used – DSQ points = Field plus one).

Classes on Offer are:
Cadet 9, Cadet 9 “P”, Cadet 12, Cadet 12 “P”, Cadet 4SS & Mini MAX
KA3 Junior Light & Heavy, 4SS Junior, Junior MAX & KA2
4SS Senior Support Classes

A reminder that Drivers are no longer required to complete their Scrutineering Forms
Separately as they are now done through the KOMP Entry System.
