NEWCASTLE KRC – KART FUN SESSIONS – Sat, Sun 4th-5th JULY

Practice – Monday to Friday – effective immediately:
Practice can now be held at the track during the week by contacting “Go Kart World” who will be conducting and controlling practice during the week.

Practice Fees: $40.00 Newcastle club members and $60.00 for non Newcastle members.

Practice – Saturday & Sunday – is organised by the Club under a KA Permit.
The club will be running COVIDSafe Practice Sessions on

Working Bee Saturday 4th July 7.00am – 12.30pm
Practice Saturday 4th July from 12.30pm only – Pre-Enrty is NOW OPEN.
Practice Sunday 5th July All Day. Pre-Enrty is NOW OPEN.
Entries for both days close at 11.59pm Friday 3/7.

Entry must be made via the KA CMS – Once logged in – Select “Kart Fun” then “Enter Kart Fun Events” and then the session you wish to enter.
Entry is available for all NSW KA Licence Holders and will close when entries for a group reach twenty entrants.
Groups to be Conducted are- (Cadet 9, Cadet 12, Juniors (Low Performance – KA4, 4SS) ), Juniors (High Performance – KA3, KA2, Junior Max), Seniors (Low Performance – KA4, KA3 & TaG Restricted, 4SS) and Seniors (High Performance – TaG 125, X30, KZ2).
Practice Fees are $40.00 for Newcastle KRC Members and $60.00 for Non NKRC Members.
Saturday 4th July half price as track only available from 12.30pm.

All Attendees must complete the Newcastle COVID-19 Declaration
The declarations will now be forwarded automatically to the club.
Declarations should be completed 24 hours before the session start time to be able to attend.
Non Compliance may result in non entry.

The Timetable for each session is as follows:
Gates Open 8.00am
Confirm Attendance by Drivers & Participants/Pit Crew: 8.00am onwards.
First On Track Session – 9.00am
If you are intending to attend a session you must be there before 10.00am to enter the premises as the gates will be closed at 10.00am.
Last Session Ends: 4.00pm
All Entrants to Leave the Track by 5.00pm
