NEWCASTLE PRACTICE SESSION – 12/13 DECEMBER

Practice – Monday to Friday:
Practice can be held at the track during the week by contacting “Go Kart World” who will be conducting and controlling practice during the week.

Practice Fees: $40.00 Newcastle club members and $60.00 for non Newcastle members.

Practice – Saturday & Sunday – is organised by the Club under a KA Permit.
The club will be running COVIDSafe Practice Sessions on:
Saturday 12th December – Pre-Entry is Now OPEN
Sunday 13th December – Pre-Entry is NOW OPEN.

Entries close at 11.59pm on the Friday prior to the Weekend.

Entry must be made via the KA CMS – Once logged in – Select “Kart Fun” then “Enter Kart Fun Events” and then the session you wish to enter.

TRACK DIRECTION will be ANTI-CLOCKWISE.
Groups to be Conducted are- Cadet 9, Cadet 12, Juniors (Low & High Performance) & Seniors (Low & High Performance).
Practice Fees are $40.00 for Newcastle Members and $60.00 for Non NKRC Members per day.
A cancellation fee of $10.00 will apply to refunds for non attendance.

All Attendees must complete the Newcastle COVID-19 Declaration
The declarations will now be forwarded automatically to the club.
Declarations should be completed 24 hours before the session start time to be able to attend.
Non Compliance may result in non entry.

The Timetable for each session is as follows:
Gates Open 8.00am
Report to the Canteen on arrival to Confirm Attendance by Drivers & Participants/Pit Crew: 8.00am onwards.
Note:- The direction for Practice will be Anti-Clockwise
First On Track Session – 9.00am
Last Session Ends: 5.00pm
All Entrants to Leave the Track by 6.00pm
