Newcastle Kart Racing Club will be conducting the Nicole & Rod Franks Memorial
on Friday/Saturday/Sunday 16th to 18th April.

Pre-Entry is Open and pre-payment is Compulsory.
Entry Fee for the meeting is $150.00 per class.
Entries Close Midnight Wednesday 14th April. No Late Entries.

Friday 16th April.
Friday is now official practice but not Compulsory.
Interstate AKC Competitors are now able to practice Friday.
Practice Friday is Free (included in entry fee).
There will be three untimed and two timed Practice Sessions commencing at 8.00am.

Saturday 17th April
Gates Open 6.30am
Canteen Open 7.00am
Qualifying Starts at 8.00am

Sunday 18th April.
Gates Open at 6.30am.
Canteen Open at 7.00am
Racing Resumes at 8.00am

Format for the Meeting is: Permitted Systems of Gridding – Format 5
Direction – Anti-Clockwise
One Qualifying Session of 6 minutes starting at 8.00am Saturday (Grid from best time in the two timed practice sessions – Fastest to the Front). Competitors who do not practice Friday will just start at the rear of the grid).
Heat 1 – Grid from Qualifying (Fastest to the Front) – 15 Laps
Heat 2 – Grid from Heat 1 Points (Lowest to the Front) – 15 Laps
Heat 3 – Grid from Heat 1 & 2 Points (Lowest to the Front) – 15 Laps
Final – Grid from Heat 1, 2 & 3 points (Lowest to the Front) – 22 Laps

Trophies:
Winner will be the driver who finishes first in the Final. (Final Only Count)
1st to 3rd – All Classes.

Additional Prizes for Classes:
Cadet 9 – First six (6) plus last places – One Full Day Training/Tuition Session with a Leading Team Manager
Cadet 12 – First six (6) plus last places – One Full Day Training/Tuition Session with a Leading Team Manager
KA4 Junior, KA3 Junior, KA3 Senior, TaG Rest Light, TaG Rest Medium & TaG 125 will be offered Prizemoney
1st Place – $400.00, 2nd Place – $200.00 & 3rd Place $100.00
Sets of Tyres, Gift Vouchers and many more random prizes for all classes. You must be present at the Presentation to be eligible to receive.

Note – All Classes will be using the “Prime” Dry Tyre’s.

Special Notes:
All Attendees must complete the Newcastle COVID-19 Declaration
Declarations will now be automatically forwarded to the club.
Only One Declaration is required for the weekend.
Non Compliance may result in non entry.
A reminder that Drivers are now required to complete their Scrutineering Forms Electronically and can be completed and submitted at any time prior to the Event.
