Meeting Format
Practice is available on Friday at normal Practice Fees.
There will be NO Practice available on Saturday as part of the meeting.
There will be ONE Qualifying Session of six minutes.
Grids for Heats 1 & 2 are from Qualifying.
Grid for Heat 3 from points from Heats 1 & 2 lowest to the front.
Grid for Heat 4 from points from Heats 1, 2 & 3 lowest to the front.
Grid for the Final from points from Heats 1, 2, 3 & 4 lowest to the front.

Dry Tyre Requirements:
Refer to the Supplementary Regulation on the website for the Dry Tyre requirements.

Entry Fees per Class
Pre-Entries – $150.00 – Closes 8.00pm Friday 6/9/2019.
On the Day – $200.00 – Closes at 7.00am (SHARP) Saturday 7/9/2019.

Special Notes:
CONTROL FUEL WILL BE USED – REFER Addendum 1
Fuel must be purchased from the Shell Service Station – Cnr Great Western Highway & Brabham Drive, Eastern Creek. NSW. Fuel can be purchased Friday 6th – Sunday 8th.
Proof of purchase receipts must be obtained and produced as and when required.

No Camping.
No pegs to be used on tarmac area – Make sure you have weights for your pop-ups.
The club has limited weights.
No dumping of tyres.
Gates Open 6.00am Both Days.
Canteen Opens 7.00am Both Days.
