Sapphire – 2nd February – MEETING CANCELLED DUE TO THE RECENT BUSH FIRE CATASTROPHE ON THE SOUTH COAST of NSW

It is with deep regret that the Sapphire Coast Kart Club has had to cancel their first Race Meeting due to the Catastrophe on the South Coast of NSW caused by the current bush fires. The bush fires have escalated again this week and many Club Members have been affected by the fires.

The area has lost community members closely associated with the members of the club as well many many properties in the area.
The fires in the area are still out of control and this has caused unpredicted road closings for the forseeable future.

I am sure the Karting Australia Community has their thoughts go out to the members of the Sapphire Coast Kart Club and their Community for their losses.
